Return policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from Trekyoo. Please read our Returns/Exchange Policy below to understand the process and guidelines for returning or exchanging products.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. You have an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  3. Reverse pick-up services are available. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items in that order.
  4. The Rs 100 deduction applies per order, per individual item, if the order contains multiple items.
  5. If the courier company cannot pick up the shipment after two attempts, you are responsible for sending the product back to our company address.
  6. Please note that reverse pick-up availability depends on your area's pin code.

Refunds:

  1. For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days of the return pickup to your registered email address/contact number.
  2. Please ensure that the returned product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or that show signs of wear.
  3. Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
  4. Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  5. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid.

Shipping Charges and Exceptions:

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. We do not accept returns for certain product categories such as accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, due to hygiene reasons.
  3. Product categories to which this policy applies may change at our discretion without prior notice.

Self-Shipping for Returns:

  1. If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can courier the product(s) to: Trekyoo Warehouse Address
  2. Make sure the items are securely packed, with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned on the packaging.
  3. Products must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact.
  4. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the refund amount will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders. COD orders will receive store credit.
  5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the details provided will not be our responsibility.
  2. If you don't receive an order within 24 hours of the delivered status SMS or email, contact us immediately.
  3. You are responsible for the care of the product(s) while in your possession. Follow return instructions and notify us of any damage within 1 day of receiving the products.
  4. We will examine the returned product and notify you of refund eligibility via email within a reasonable time frame, aiming to process it within 30 working days.
