Trekyoo Shipping Policy

At Trekyoo, we work to deliver men’s jeans, cargo pants, cargo joggers, and other fashion products safely and on time across India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather, or operational delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Trekyoo.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by SMS, email, or WhatsApp where available.
  • You can also track your order from the Track Your Order link on our website.

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and orders.
  • COD availability depends on courier serviceability and order eligibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed for an unusual period, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or delivery date. We will review the issue with the courier partner and help with a suitable resolution.

International Shipping

We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
