Trekyoo Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Trekyoo purchase. Please read the return and exchange rules below before placing a request.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned items should reach us within the allowed return timeline after the request is approved.
  • Requests raised after the return window may not be accepted.

Product Condition Required

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
  • Free from stains, perfume, body odour, alteration, or signs of wear.

Reverse Pickup & Charges

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on your pin code and courier serviceability.
  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹200 may be deducted from the refund amount per order.
  • If reverse pickup is not available or pickup fails after courier attempts, the customer may need to self-ship the product to our return address after contacting support.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders may be refunded to the original payment method or another approved method after inspection.
  • COD orders may receive store credit or another eligible refund option as communicated by support.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, and reverse pickup charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Trekyoo.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, usage, damage, final sale, or policy restrictions. Product eligibility may vary by category and condition.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos. This helps us verify the issue quickly with the courier or warehouse team.
