First-time customers enjoy free returns on their first order. This benefit applies to eligible first orders that meet our return conditions.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

For other eligible returns, a reverse shipment fee of ₹200 may be deducted from the refund amount per order.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Trekyoo after verification.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and quality-checked. Prepaid orders may be refunded to the original payment method, while COD orders may be refunded through store credit or another approved method.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and return pickup charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Trekyoo.
